ANSWER:Personally,i think that yes,Tybalt deserve to die as he should not create trouble for nothing and cause the fight between him and Mercutio.I think that he should acted like a gentlemen and ignored Mercutio remarks.If he could control his temper,he might not be dead.He is a troublemaker himself as in Scene 4(A street near the Capulets' house),Romeo did not provoke him in the party but he wanted to disturb Romeo.He is also a rude and silly boy as it is mentioned by his uncle,Lord Capulet.Once again,he tried in vain to provoke Romeo to fight with him at the town square in Verona.He killed Mercutio when Mercutio wasn't paying attention and that is an ungentlemenly act.He deserve to die as he should pay for what he had done and it was partly his fault for the cause of his death.
