Yes, i think they should be punish. They should not fight everytime just because of the pasts, actually they do not really hate each other, its Lord Capulet and Lord Montague that hated each other, it shouldn't be affected by others. This causes a few sad deaths. If they could make peace, all this wouldn't have happened. If they made peace, Romeo and Juliet would be happy married to each other openly instead of marrying behind their backs and couldn't let anybody know about it. They wouldn't have killed themselves too. They would live on happily with their lifes, and all the other people who have died in the fight like Paris, Mercutio and Tybalt would be living too, instead of dying during a tragic fight. They should treat this as a lesson learnt and not to repeat the same mistakes again.
